Secure Data Erasure
We utilize data erasure software and procedure that meets NIST 800-88. Hard Drive Erasure Certificates are issued once drives are erased. If any hard drives fail this process, the hard drive is securely and physically destroyed with a Drive Destruction Certificate issued.
Reuse & Recycle
When we receive end-of-life equipment, we aim to try and have it reused again, extending it’s life a bit longer. We do this by testing equipment thoroughly and making sure no previous data exists. Equipment that passes this are then resold at reasonable prices and thus extending the life of those items before they come back again to be properly recycled.

Our aim is to keep our processes and abilities as streamlined as possible while also performing these tasks responsibly. By utilizing AI in some processes, our company makes it so all items can be tracked, tested, secured, and documented following government guidelines like HIPAA.
